The 2013 Lexus RX 450h made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. Lexus RX 450h displays new exterior, more elegant looks and a more aggressive design. The interior more improved and offer a wider choice in terms of coloring. With new trim, new steering wheel, and the application of the second generation of RTI (Remote Touch Interface).
The 2013 Lexus RX 450h is supported by an elegant shape and individual frontal treatment, the car was adopted throughout to reinforce the brand identity of the Lexus family of the range model. Lexus RX 450h provide more powerful, more aggressive design which is a further evolution of the style that had developed on the model of Lexus CT 200h and Lexus GS models.
The driver’s instrument binnacle of RX 450h versions is equipped with a new Hybrid System Indicator design featuring clearly delineated, Charge, Eco and Power zones. New ambient illumination changes according to both driving conditions and the selected drive mode.
In EV (electric only), Eco or Normal drive modes, when the Hybrid System Indicator needle is in the Charge or Eco zones, the ambient illumination is blue. It will extinguish if the needle enters the Power zone. In Sport mode, the ambient illumination remains red at all times.
Today, after three generations, two of which have been equipped with Lexus Hybrid Drive technology, the 2013 Lexus RX 450h remains a key model for Lexus.
